FAQs
Are these sandals suitable for wide feet?
The padded canvas upper with a gore instep strap offers some flexibility. However, for specific wide-fit concerns, it's recommended to try them on or consult sizing guides as they are not explicitly listed as a wide fit.
Can I wear these sandals in water or at the beach?
While the sandals are machine washable, they are made with a canvas upper and jute midsole trim. Prolonged exposure to saltwater or sand may affect the materials. It's best to dry them thoroughly if they get wet and avoid heavy water immersion.
What is the heel height of these sandals?
The heel height is approximately 1.3 cm (¾ inch).
Are these sandals non-slip?
They feature a flexible traction outsole designed to provide reliable grip. While it offers good traction on most dry surfaces, care should always be taken on wet or slippery conditions.
How do I know if the Heel Pillow™ is working correctly?
When you slip your foot in, the Exclusive Heel Pillow™ should gently conform to your heel, holding it securely without feeling tight or restrictive. Your foot should not slide excessively within the sandal.
Are all BOBS SUN RAY sandals vegan?
This particular BOBS SUN RAY Quarter Strap Sandal is crafted with 100% vegan materials, as specified in its description. Always check the product details for other variants or models.
Troubleshooting
Sandal feels too loose or slips off easily.
Ensure your foot is fully engaged with the Exclusive Heel Pillow™. If the issue persists, your foot size might be between sizes, or the sandal may be designed with a more relaxed fit.
Footbed feels less comfortable over time.
The Skechers Plush Foam® footbed is designed for long-lasting comfort. However, regular wear and washing can affect its responsiveness over a very long period. Ensure you are following the machine washing instructions correctly.
Sandal appears dirty or discolored.
As the sandal is machine washable, follow the care instructions: machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and air dry. This should restore its appearance.
Difficulty slipping into the sandal hands-free.
Practice the hands-free slip-in motion. Ensure your heel guides smoothly over the Heel Pillow™ for an easy fit. If you have particularly high arches, it might require a slight adjustment of angle.
