Troubleshooting
Fuel does not ignite
Ensure the wick is properly exposed and try relighting. Check if there is sufficient fuel remaining in the canister. Make sure the wick is not saturated or damaged.
Flame is too low or inconsistent
Trim or adjust the wick if possible. Ensure the canister is on a level surface. Avoid drafts or strong air currents around the flame.
Canister remains hot after extinguishing
Allow the canister to cool completely in a safe, ventilated area before attempting to handle or store it. Ensure the flame is fully out.
Odor is present during burning
While designed to be odor-free, very faint odors can occur. Ensure proper ventilation. If a strong odor persists, extinguish the flame and check the fuel source for contamination.
