The Saucony Triumph 24 is a premier neutral trainer designed for runners who prioritize long-distance comfort and plush cushioning. Ideal for daily training and high-mileage sessions, this shoe features the new incrediLUX foam for a lighter, softer ride, though its high stack height may feel less responsive to runners who prefer a firm, ground-feel experience.

The Triumph 24 features a standard 10mm drop.
While highly comfortable for training, these are built for daily mileage rather than the speed-focused design often preferred for racing.
The Triumph 24 is a neutral trainer. If you require specific arch support, you may wish to pair them with an aftermarket supportive insole.
Use a damp cloth with a mild detergent. Avoid washing machines, as the heat and agitation can damage the foam and upper materials.
Generally, yes. It provides a secure, plush fit, but it is recommended to have about a thumb's width of space at the front of the toe box.
The Triumph 24 is designed for road use; avoid technical trails and opt for a shoe with a lower profile for uneven surfaces.
Adjust the lacing technique to a 'window lacing' or 'parallel lacing' style to relieve pressure while maintaining a secure fit.
To ensure the longest lifespan for your Triumph 24 trainers, proper care is essential. Since the upper is made of a breathable mesh, avoid submerging the shoes in water; instead, spot-clean them using a soft cloth, mild soap, and cold water. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can degrade the foam integrity. Regarding compatibility, the neutral design accommodates standard insoles or custom orthotics. It is recommended to replace your trainers every 300 to 500 miles, depending on your running surface and biomechanics, to maintain the cushioning benefits of the incrediLUX foam.
