Setup:
- Lacing: Ensure the boots are laced tightly but comfortably, working from the toe box upwards. A double knot is recommended for security during play.
- Initial Wear: For new boots, wear them for shorter periods during light practice sessions. This allows the materials to soften and conform to your foot shape, minimizing discomfort during full matches.
Compatibility:
These boots are exclusively designed for Firm Ground (FG) surfaces. This typically refers to natural grass pitches that are dry or slightly damp.
- Do NOT use on: Artificial Grass (AG), Artificial Turf (AT), Indoor Courts (IC), or Hard Ground (HG). Using FG boots on inappropriate surfaces can damage the soleplate, reduce performance, and may void any product guarantees.
Care:
- Cleaning: After each use, remove loose dirt and grass from the soleplate and upper with a soft brush or damp cloth. For tougher mud or stains, wipe the upper with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap.
- Drying: Always air dry your boots naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight, radiators, or other heat sources, as this can cause the materials to crack or shrink. Stuffing the boots with newspaper can help absorb internal moisture and maintain their shape.
- Storage: Store your boots in a cool, dry place. Using a breathable boot bag can protect them from dust and damage during transport.
