FAQs

Are these shoes true to size?

Yes, they generally fit according to standard UK sizing for adult males.

Can I use these for trail running?

While they have a durable rubber outsole, they are optimized for road and treadmill surfaces.

What is the material composition?

The upper consists of 71% textile and 29% synthetic materials, with a 100% rubber outsole.

How do I maintain the cushioning properties?

Avoid exposing the shoes to excessive heat and let them rest between workouts to allow the foam to decompress.

Are these shoes waterproof?

No, they feature a breathable mesh upper designed for airflow, which means they are not waterproof.

Do they provide arch support?

The design includes a supportive midsole and collar that provide neutral arch support suitable for most runners.

Troubleshooting

Feeling of slipping or instability during movement

Ensure the laces are securely tightened and that you are wearing the correct UK size for your foot shape.

Accumulated dirt on the mesh upper

Gently dab the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid scrubbing hard to prevent fraying the textile weave.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Excellent energy return from Charged Cushioning
High breathability keeps feet cool during runs
Supportive ankle collar prevents rubbing and increases comfort
Rugged outsole design ensures long-term durability

Cons

Primarily designed for performance, not casual all-day wear
Blue colorway may be less versatile for some wardrobes
Mesh material requires caution around sharp objects to avoid snags

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the longevity of your Under Armour trainers, proper care is essential. When fitting, ensure the laces are adjusted to provide a snug but non-restrictive hold. Since the upper is made of a textile-synthetic blend, avoid machine washing; instead, spot-clean the mesh using a mild detergent and a soft cloth to remove dirt or debris. Allow the shoes to air dry naturally away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, to preserve the integrity of the cushioning foam. Check the rubber outsole periodically for embedded stones that could impact traction.
