It is water-resistant, meaning it can handle light snow or drizzle, but it is not intended for heavy rain exposure.
Yes, but use a gentle cycle, cool water, and a detergent specifically formulated for down to preserve the insulation.
Store it hanging in a cool, dry place to prevent the down from becoming compressed over time.
While very warm, it is designed for general cold weather; in extreme conditions, consider using it as part of a layered system.
The hood is designed with a comfortable, secure fit, but please check your specific product tag for details on integrated adjustment features.
This is normal for down items; gently pull the feather back inside from the opposite side rather than pulling it out.
Tumble dry the jacket on low heat with dryer balls for 15-20 minutes to re-distribute and fluff the down.
To maintain the loft and thermal efficiency of your hoodie, avoid compressing it for long periods in a storage bag. When cleaning, use a front-loading washing machine on a gentle cycle with a specialized down cleaner. Always tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls or dryer balls to help restore the down's fluffiness. Ensure the jacket is completely dry before storing it to prevent mildew or clumping of the insulation.
