Troubleshooting
Legs feel unstable on uneven ground
Ensure all eight legs are fully extended and locked firmly. Use the spirit level to identify which specific legs need further adjustment.
Bed is difficult to fold with a sleeping bag attached
Ensure the sleeping bag is tucked neatly away from the hinges. If it is too bulky, remove the bag before folding to avoid straining the hinge mechanism.
Lumbar support feels too soft
Locate the tension adjustment straps or settings under the mattress and tighten them to increase support firmness.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your bed, begin by placing it in your desired location and unlocking the side-securing straps. Unfold the frame until it is flat, then utilize the spirit level at the head or foot end to determine which legs require adjustment. Use the locking collars on each leg to slide them to the appropriate height, ensuring the mud feet are firmly planted on the ground.
Compatibility: This bed is compatible with most standard-sized sleeping bags, though it works most efficiently with Trakker-branded systems designed to fold within the hinge space.
Care Instructions:
- Clean the polyester material using a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemical cleaners.
- Regularly check the leg locking collars for debris or grit to ensure they continue to operate smoothly.
- Ensure the bed is completely dry before folding and storing it in a carry bag to prevent mold or mildew growth.
- Inspect the hinge bolts periodically to ensure they remain tight.
