Yes, the fabric upholstery is designed to be more breathable than synthetic leather, helping to regulate temperature during long sessions.
The footrest is an integrated part of the chair's frame and is not intended to be removed for standard operation.
Use a mild upholstery cleaner and a soft cloth to gently blot the area. Avoid saturating the fabric with water.
The pocket springs provide individual support and better shape retention over time compared to solid foam cushions.
The high-back design is built to accommodate a wide range of heights, offering extended support for the neck and shoulders.
Check that all bolts connecting the seat, backrest, and mechanism are fully tightened. Ensure the gas lift cylinder is firmly seated in the star base.
Adjust the tension knob usually located under the seat; turning it counter-clockwise typically loosens the resistance.
Ensure no debris is caught in the metal track and apply a light silicone-based lubricant if the metal rails appear dry.
Assembly of the chair is straightforward and typically involves connecting the seat base to the backrest, attaching the armrests, and securing the hydraulic gas lift into the wheelbase. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during the initial build to prevent wobbling. For maintenance, keep the fabric clean by vacuuming it weekly to remove dust and debris. If a spill occurs, blot the area immediately with a clean, dry cloth rather than rubbing, which can push liquids deeper into the fabric fibers. Ensure the chair is used on a level surface to keep the reclining mechanism functioning correctly and safely.
