Yes, the high back design serves to support the neck and upper back area.
The footrest is part of the chair's structural assembly and is intended to stay attached, though it tucks completely under the seat when not in use.
The high back design is intended to accommodate a wide range of heights, though standard seat measurements apply.
Use the adjustment lever on the side of the seat base to unlock the recline and set your desired angle.
The chair features a high-performance pocket spring system designed for ergonomic comfort and durability.
Check that all base bolts are securely tightened and ensure the lift cylinder is fully seated in the wheelbase.
Ensure the side tracks are clear of any debris and consider applying a light silicone-based lubricant if the movement remains stiff.
Adjust the tension control knob usually located under the seat; turning it clockwise increases resistance.
To assemble your chair, lay out all parts on a clean, soft surface to avoid scratching the finish. Start by attaching the wheelbase to the lift mechanism before securing the seat base. Ensure all bolts are tightened in a cross-pattern to maintain structural integrity. For ongoing maintenance, vacuum the seat fabric regularly to remove dust and debris. If you spill liquids, blot the area immediately with a clean, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemical cleaners which can degrade the fabric. Periodically check that all bolts are tight, as heavy use can cause them to loosen over time.
