FAQs

Is this polo shirt true to size?

This is a custom slim fit, which is designed to be more tailored than a regular fit. If you prefer a looser feel, consider sizing up.

What is the material composition?

The shirt is made from 100% premium cotton.

How should I wash this shirt?

Wash in cold water with similar colors and follow the instructions on the inner care label for best results.

Can I tumble dry this polo?

It is recommended to tumble dry on a low setting or air dry to prevent the cotton from shrinking.

Does the logo fade after washing?

The signature pony embroidery is durable, but turning the shirt inside out before washing can provide extra protection.

Troubleshooting

Collar losing its shape

Avoid high-heat drying and ensure the collar is laid flat when storing or drying.

Garment feels too tight after washing

Cotton can shrink in high heat; always wash in cold water and avoid high-temperature tumble drying.

Fabric wrinkling

Remove the shirt from the dryer promptly while slightly damp and hang it to complete the drying process.

Pros and Cons

Pros

High-quality, breathable cotton fabric

Ribbed accents maintain garment structure over time

Cons

Slim fit cut may run small for some body types
Requires specific care to prevent fabric shrinking
Limited stretch compared to performance synthetic fabrics

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Because this garment is made from 100% cotton, proper care is essential to maintain its fit and finish. Always check the care label on the inside of the garment before washing. It is generally recommended to wash in cold water to prevent shrinking and to air dry or tumble dry on a low setting. Avoid heavy bleaching agents to preserve the integrity of the blue color. When ironing, use a moderate heat setting to smooth out the collar and placket without damaging the cotton fibers.
