FAQs
Are these sandals waterproof?
The outsoles are made of waterproof rubber, but the fabric-wrapped straps will absorb some moisture if submerged.
How do I determine the right size?
The sizes provided follow the UK children's sizing standard; ensure there is a small gap at the heel and toe for maximum comfort.
Can these be machine washed?
We recommend hand washing only to protect the fabric-wrapped straps and the structural integrity of the rubber.
Do these provide arch support?
The Fluffy series is designed for casual wear and offers standard flat-bed cushioning rather than specialized medical-grade arch support.
Are they suitable for wider feet?
The fabric-wrapped straps are designed to be flexible and accommodating, which often makes them more comfortable for wider feet than rigid plastic straps.
Troubleshooting
Straps feel tight after getting wet
Gently stretch the fabric-wrapped straps with your hands while they are slightly damp and let them air dry.
Accumulated dirt on the footbed
Use a damp cloth with a tiny amount of mild detergent to wipe the textured footbed, then rinse lightly.

Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Hand wash with a mild soap and a soft brush or cloth to keep the fabric straps clean.
