The trainers are designed for a standard fit and are true to size. While they offer a comfortable fit for most, individuals with significantly wide feet might find them snug. It is recommended to try them on if possible or consider socks that offer a bit more stretch.

The GORE-TEX® lining is integrated into the shoe. Clean the entire shoe by wiping with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or machine washing, as this can damage the waterproof membrane.

FlexConnect™ technology features dual-directional flex grooves in the midsole. This enhances ground connection, allowing the shoe to move naturally with your foot while providing necessary stability over uneven terrain.

The GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit provides excellent waterproofing and breathability. However, in extremely hot and humid conditions, any waterproof membrane may feel warmer than a non-waterproof alternative. For very hot, dry weather, a non-waterproof trail runner might offer more ventilation.

Vibram® Megagrip is a high-performance rubber compound designed for exceptional grip on both dry and wet surfaces, including rock, dirt, and mud. The Traction Lug technology further enhances grip and debris shedding.

While many trail running shoes require minimal break-in, it's always recommended to wear them for a few shorter runs before undertaking a long-distance event or hike to ensure a comfortable fit and to allow the shoe to adapt to your foot.

Ensure the laces are properly tied and the tongue is positioned correctly to prevent water ingress. Check for any damage to the GORE-TEX® membrane. Clean the shoes as per care instructions, as accumulated dirt can sometimes affect performance.

The Vibram® Megagrip is designed for superior grip, but extremely slick surfaces can still pose a challenge. Ensure the outsole is free from mud or debris. For very smooth, wet rock, reduced grip is possible with any shoe.

Ensure the shoes are laced correctly for your foot shape. Break-in the shoes on shorter runs. Consider wearing moisture-wicking socks. If the issue persists, the shoe's fit may not be ideal for your foot shape.

Periodically clear mud and debris from the aggressive lug pattern using a stick or brush, especially when transitioning from muddy trails to cleaner paths.
