How do I clean the GORE-TEX® material?
Clean the GORE-TEX® material with a damp cloth and cold water. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Ensure proper air drying away from heat.
What is the main advantage of the FlexConnect™ technology?
FlexConnect™ technology enhances stability over long distances by providing a supportive structure throughout the midsole, crucial for maintaining balance on uneven trails.

The GORE-TEX® Invisible Fit waterproofing is designed to keep your feet dry from external moisture while remaining breathable.
How does the Vibram® Megagrip outsole perform?
The Vibram® Megagrip outsole with Traction Lug technology offers superior and unwavering grip on a wide variety of surfaces, including wet and dry rock, mud, and loose terrain.
What is the purpose of the forefoot rock plate?

Troubleshooting
Feet feel wet despite GORE-TEX®
Ensure the shoes are properly laced and that no water is entering from the top opening. Check for any damage to the GORE-TEX® membrane. If the issue persists, consider the care instructions for maintaining waterproofing.
Reduced grip on slippery surfaces
Clean the Vibram® Megagrip outsole of any mud or debris that might be clogging the lugs. The unique lug pattern requires clean surfaces for optimal performance.
Discomfort or hot spots during runs
Adjust lacing to ensure an even fit without over-tightening. Consider wearing different socks or breaking in the shoes further on shorter runs.
Shoe feels less stable than expected
Verify that the laces are tied securely and that the FlexConnect™ technology is functioning as intended. Ensure the terrain is not excessively uneven beyond the shoe's design capabilities.
