Troubleshooting
Wheels are not rolling smoothly
Check the wheels for debris, dirt, or entanglement. Clean them with a damp cloth and ensure they can spin freely. If damage is visible, contact customer support.
Extendable handle is stuck
Ensure the locking mechanism is fully disengaged. Gently pull upwards while pressing any release buttons. Avoid forcing the handle, as this can cause damage.
Zipper is difficult to close or open
Check for fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Gently pull the fabric away. Apply a small amount of wax or graphite lubricant to the zipper teeth if it feels stiff.
Backpack straps are difficult to stow
Ensure the straps are fully detached from their attachment points and are lying flat before folding them into their storage compartment. Check for any obstructions within the compartment.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Duffel Pro Movo 36 requires minimal setup. Extend the luggage handle by releasing its lock and pulling upwards. Stow or deploy the backpack shoulder straps by accessing the dedicated pocket. Ensure the zippers are fully functional before packing.
Compatibility: This duffel is designed to meet carry-on dimensions for most airlines, but always verify specific airline restrictions before flying. The lockable zips are compatible with standard travel locks.
Care: Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners. Allow the bag to air dry completely before storing. For stubborn dirt, a soft brush can be used. Periodically check the wheels and handle for debris or damage.
