The Saucony Paramount Max is a high-performance neutral running shoe designed for adult female runners who prioritize maximum energy return and plush cushioning during everyday road training. Featuring the innovative incrediRUN™ foam platform and a high-rebound sockliner, these trainers deliver a responsive and smooth ride; however, runners seeking a minimal or barefoot-style ground feel may find the substantial 43mm heel stack height too elevated for their preference.

The Saucony Paramount Max features a 6mm drop.
Yes, the combination of high cushioning and energy return makes them well-suited for long-distance road efforts.
These are designed as neutral road trainers and lack the deep lugs or stability features required for technical trails.
Use a damp cloth and mild soap to spot clean, then allow them to air dry naturally.
The Paramount Max is a neutral shoe and does not contain specific medial posts for overpronation control.
The Paramount Max is designed primarily for flat road surfaces; stick to paved paths or smooth running tracks.
Ensure the shoes are at room temperature, as extreme cold can temporarily stiffen advanced midsole foams.
To ensure optimal performance, verify your UK size against the Saucony fit guide before the first run. Because of the high stack height, it is recommended to wear technical, moisture-wicking running socks to prevent friction. To care for your trainers, remove surface dirt with a soft brush after running. If they become wet, stuff them with newspaper and allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources, such as radiators, which can degrade the foam properties. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as this can damage the structural integrity of the shoe's adhesives and cushioning materials.
