The Saucony Paramount Max is a premium, neutral road-running shoe designed for runners who prioritize maximum cushioning and high energy return during daily training. It is ideal for athletes seeking a soft, responsive platform to protect their joints over long distances, though its high stack height may feel less stable to runners who prefer a closer connection to the ground.

The Paramount Max has a standard fit. If you have particularly wide feet, you may want to ensure you have tried them on with your preferred running socks to check for pressure points.
These are primarily road trainers. While they can handle light gravel paths, the outsole is not designed for technical, uneven, or muddy trail surfaces.
Typical running shoe performance starts to degrade between 300 and 500 miles, depending on your running surface, body weight, and gait.
The Paramount Max weighs 232g, making it exceptionally lightweight relative to its high stack height.
This is a neutral running shoe. It does not contain specific hardware for overpronation or severe arch support, making it best suited for runners with a neutral foot strike.
Ensure there is about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the front of the shoe to accommodate foot swelling during longer runs.
Try a runner's loop (lace lock) technique to secure the ankle collar for a tighter, more precise fit.
Allow the shoe at least 24 hours of rest between runs to allow the foam to decompress and recover its original shape.
Use a soft-bristled brush to gently dislodge debris; do not use sharp objects that might damage the midsole material.
To ensure the longevity of your Paramount Max trainers, start by confirming your size; these shoes are designed to fit true-to-size for a secure lockdown. When fitting, ensure your heel sits firmly in the back of the cup without slipping. For cleaning, remove the insoles after wet runs and allow them to air dry away from direct heat sources, which can warp the foam. Wipe the exterior mesh with a damp cloth and mild soap if they become muddy. Avoid putting these shoes in the washing machine, as the heat and agitation can compromise the bonding of the incrediRUN foam and the structural integrity of the upper material.
