FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for wide feet?
The Runfalcon 6 features a standard fit, but the elasticised laces offer some flexibility to accommodate various foot shapes.
Can these be machine washed?
It is recommended to spot clean them with a damp cloth rather than machine washing to protect the materials and structural integrity.
Is the sole non-marking?
The durable rubber outsole is designed for general use, but it is best to check specific school requirements for non-marking indoor soles.
What age group are these for?
These trainers are specifically designed for children's foot development and sizing.
Are they waterproof?
These trainers are made from breathable textile materials and are not waterproof, so they may get wet in heavy rain.
Troubleshooting
Strap not staying fastened
Clean any lint or debris out of the hook-and-loop fabric using a small brush or tweezers.
Shoes feeling stiff
Wear the trainers for short periods indoors to allow the materials to flex and soften to the shape of the foot.
Difficulty putting them on
Loosen the elasticised laces slightly to create more room for the foot to slide in before securing the strap.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your Runfalcon 6 trainers, follow these simple care guidelines:
- Cleaning: Remove surface dirt with a soft brush or a damp cloth. Avoid submerging the shoes in water or using harsh detergents.
- Drying: Air dry the shoes at room temperature. Never place them in a tumble dryer or directly on a radiator, as excessive heat can warp the materials and degrade the adhesive.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
- Fit Check: Ensure the hook-and-loop strap is adjusted correctly to keep the heel from slipping, but ensure it is not so tight that it restricts circulation.
