Setup: 1. Lacing: Ensure laces are threaded correctly and tightened evenly for a snug, secure fit. Adjust until comfortable, but firm, supporting the foot. 2. Tunnel Tongue: Make sure the tunnel tongue is properly seated and wraps comfortably around the foot to enhance lockdown. Compatibility: These boots are specifically designed for Soft Ground (SG) pitches, which include natural grass fields that are wet, muddy, or damp. They are not suitable for firm ground (FG), artificial grass (AG), or indoor surfaces, as this can damage the studs and impact performance. Note that the soleplate on smaller sizes (UK Child 2.5 and below) comes with six metal-tipped studs only, while larger sizes (UK Child 3 and above) feature additional moulded plastic studs as pictured. Care: 1. Cleaning: Immediately after each use, remove excess mud and debris using a soft brush or dull tool. Wipe the entire boot with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used. Avoid harsh chemicals. 2. Drying: Allow the boots to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not expose them to direct heat sources like radiators or sunlight, as this can damage materials. Stuffing with newspaper can help absorb moisture and maintain shape. 3. Stud Maintenance: Regularly check the tightness of the removable metal studs. If any studs are worn, damaged, or lost, they can be replaced. Ensure replacement studs are compatible with the Sprintplate 360 soleplate. 4. Storage: Store boots in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area, preferably in a boot bag to protect them from dust and damage.
