The jacket is crafted from nylon technique which is water-repellent, meaning it handles light rain well, but it is not intended to be a fully waterproof raincoat.
The hood is designed to be removable via a simple hidden connection system located along the collar neckline.
Machine drying is not recommended as high heat can damage the nylon fabric. Always air dry.
The regular fit provides a standard cut through the chest and shoulders, allowing for comfortable movement and layering underneath.
Yes, the Ravenlock model is available in a variety of sizes ranging from size 0 to size 6.
This is normal for high-quality down products; do not pull the feathers. Gently pull the feather back into the jacket from the inside and rub the area to close the fabric weave.
Gently shake the jacket to redistribute the down or hang it in a steamy bathroom to allow the moisture to help the feathers expand back to their original loft.
Because of the delicate nature of the nylon finish and the high-loft down filling, proper care is essential to maintain the longevity of the garment. Always avoid exposing the jacket to sharp objects that could snag the nylon. For maintenance, it is highly recommended to seek professional dry cleaning services experienced in handling luxury down outerwear. If choosing to wash at home, use gentle soap and ensure the garment is thoroughly rinsed. Always hang dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources to prevent clumping of the down insulation. When not in use, store the jacket on a sturdy hanger in a cool, dry place to allow the down to retain its loft.
