It is strongly recommended to follow the professional cleaning instructions on the care label to avoid damaging the down insulation.
Yes, the hood is fully detachable to provide more versatility for different weather conditions and style preferences.
The Ravenlock is designed for a standard fit; as an XXL, it provides ample room for layering over sweaters or light hoodies.
Take the garment to a professional tailor experienced with technical luxury nylon fabrics to prevent the snag from worsening.
The nylon technique provides protection against light rain, but it is not intended to be a fully waterproof technical rain shell.
This is common with high-quality down; gently pull the feather back from the inside rather than pulling it through the outer fabric.
Gently shake and pat the jacket to redistribute the down and restore its natural loft.
To ensure the longevity of your Ravenlock jacket, it is important to handle the piece with care. For daily storage, keep the jacket on a broad-shouldered hanger to maintain its structural integrity. Avoid storing it in compressed spaces for long periods, as this can affect the loft of the down insulation. If the jacket gets wet, shake off excess moisture and allow it to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources like radiators. For cleaning, always consult the internal care label, as professional dry cleaning is usually the safest method to preserve the fabric's sheen and the internal down fill's performance.
