We recommend trying on the shoes, ideally later in the day when your feet are slightly swollen, and wearing the type of socks you typically use for running. Ensure there's about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe.

The engineered mesh upper provides excellent breathability to keep your feet cool and dry. However, it is not fully waterproof. For complete waterproof protection in very wet conditions, consider models with a waterproof membrane.

The Gel-Sonoma 8 is designed for diverse off-road surfaces, including rocky paths, muddy trails, gravel, and general rough terrain. Its robust outsole provides reliable traction on both uphill and downhill sections.

Brush off loose dirt after each use. For a deeper clean, use a mild soap and cold water with a soft brush or cloth. Avoid machine washing or using harsh chemicals, and always air dry them away from direct heat.

Ensure you are wearing appropriate running socks. Re-tie laces to adjust tightness, making sure they are snug but not overly restrictive. Check if the shoe size is correct; a common issue is shoes that are too small or too large.

While the outsole offers advanced traction, extremely slick or icy conditions may still pose challenges. Adjust your stride and pace accordingly. Ensure the outsole tread is clean and free of embedded debris.
