FAQs
Are these shoes machine washable?
No, machine washing can damage the leather and the foam midsole. It is best to clean them by hand.
Are these suitable for wide feet?
The Dunk Low has a standard fit. If your child has very wide feet, you may want to consider a half-size up or trying them on with thin socks.
Can these be used for basketball?
While the design originated on the court, these are intended for casual lifestyle wear rather than competitive basketball performance.
Do the leather uppers stretch over time?
Leather naturally conforms slightly to the foot over time, but the shoe should be comfortable from the first wear.
Are the laces included?
Yes, all Nike Dunk Low pairs come with matching laces included in the box.
How do I determine the right size?
Refer to the UK sizing guide and measure your child's foot length with socks on to ensure the best fit.
Troubleshooting
Leather looks dull or scuffed
Use a leather-safe cleaner and a soft cloth to gently buff out minor scuffs and restore shine.
Laces constantly coming untied
Ensure a double knot is used, or consider replacing the laces with elastic alternatives if the child has difficulty tying them.
Internal lining feeling damp
Remove the insoles to air out the shoe completely, and consider using a moisture-absorbing shoe deodorizer.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Nike Dunk Lows remain in top condition, follow these simple care steps:
- Cleaning: Use a soft-bristled brush or a damp cloth with mild soap to wipe away dirt from the leather upper.
- Drying: Always allow shoes to air dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid placing them directly near heaters or in direct sunlight, which can cause the leather to crack or fade.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the shape of the padded collar.
- Maintenance: Periodically check the laces and ensure the outsole is free of debris for optimal traction.
