FAQs

Are these shoes machine washable?

No, you should never place suede trainers in a washing machine as it will damage the material and structure of the shoe.

Can these be worn in the rain?

It is not recommended. Suede can be damaged by water, so it is best to keep these shoes for dry-weather wear.

How do I choose the right size?

These trainers are sized for infants. We recommend measuring your child's foot and referring to standard sizing charts to ensure a comfortable fit.

Is the material real suede?

Yes, these trainers feature a premium suede upper for durability and comfort.

Are they suitable for children just starting to walk?

Yes, the design provides supportive structure while remaining flexible enough for early walkers.

Troubleshooting

Suede looks worn or flattened

Use a specialized suede brush to gently lift the nap of the material back to its original texture.

Shoes are difficult to slide on

Ensure the laces are fully loosened and use a thin shoehorn or guide the heel in gently to avoid collapsing the back counter.

Light dirt spots on the cream sections

Gently rub the area with a dry suede eraser designed for footwear to lift dry debris.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Getting the right fit is crucial for infant footwear; ensure there is a small amount of space at the toes to allow for natural growth. When putting the shoes on, loosen the laces or closure system fully to avoid straining the suede material. To care for these trainers, use a soft-bristled brush to gently remove surface dust and dirt. Avoid using water or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can stain or damage the suede. If a spot cleaner is necessary, use a product specifically formulated for suede and test it on an inconspicuous area first. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
