Troubleshooting

Gloss appears uneven or patchy.

Ensure lips are exfoliated and moisturized before application. Apply a thin, even layer of gloss using the applicator.

Gloss doesn't last as long as expected.

Avoid touching your lips and reapply after eating or drinking. Using a lip liner underneath can help extend wear time.

Metal applicator feels warm instead of cool.

Store the lip gloss in a cooler environment or in the refrigerator for a few minutes before application to enhance the cooling effect.
