The jacket is designed for kids, with sizes available typically from 4 years up to 10-11 years (e.g., size 9-10 years is indicated).

Isotex 10000 means the fabric has a hydrostatic head of 10,000mm, offering good protection against moderate to heavy rain. Combined with taped seams, it provides excellent waterproofness for everyday use.

The sleeve torch is typically a sealed unit designed for novelty and occasional use. Battery replacement is often not possible, and if it fails, it may require replacing the jacket or removing the unit if possible.

The jacket has Thermoguard insulation and is waterproof, making it suitable for cold, wet weather. However, for heavy snow or extreme cold, additional warm layers underneath would be recommended.

You can machine wash the jacket at 40°C with similar colors. Avoid bleaching, ironing, and dry cleaning. Tumble dry on low or hang dry.

Reflective trims are designed to bounce light back from sources like headlights, significantly increasing visibility in low-light conditions such as dusk, dawn, or when there are streetlights. They are most effective when illuminated by an external light source.

Breathable fabric allows moisture vapor (sweat) to escape from the inside of the jacket to the outside, preventing the wearer from feeling clammy and overheated during physical activity.

Ensure all zippers are fully closed and check that taped seams are intact. For older jackets, the DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish may need reapplication.

Check if the torch was switched off and try again. If it still doesn't work, the battery may be depleted or the unit may be faulty. Contact customer support if under warranty.

The Thermoguard insulation provides warmth, but for very cold conditions, layer additional thermal clothing underneath. Ensure the jacket is zipped up fully.

Gently try to work the zipper back and forth. Applying a small amount of graphite (from a pencil tip) or a specific zipper lubricant can help.
