Full details
The Muuto Fluid Pendant Light is an ideal lighting solution for those seeking a soft, ambient glow to enhance the warmth of residential or casual professional interiors. Designed by Claesson Koivisto Rune, this piece is inspired by the organic silhouette of a water droplet, offering a sculptural aesthetic that provides focused illumination beneath the shade. While it excels at creating a cozy atmosphere through its frosted matte finish, users should note that its size-S compact dimensions are best suited for intimate areas rather than as a primary light source for large, expansive rooms.

FAQs
What is the primary material of the shade?
The shade features a frosted matte finish designed to diffuse light, creating a soft and organic glowing effect.
Can this lamp be used in a commercial space?
Yes, the Fluid Pendant Light is well-suited for casual business settings, such as cafes or office breakout areas, where a cozy atmosphere is desired.
How do I clean the pendant?
Simply use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
Is the cable adjustable?
The pendant includes a 350 cm cable that can be adjusted to your preferred hanging height by a qualified professional.
Does it provide enough light for a large dining room?
As a Size S pendant, it is best used for intimate lighting. For larger rooms, we recommend grouping multiple pendants together.
Troubleshooting
The lamp appears dim or unevenly lit
Ensure the light bulb is centered correctly inside the shade and that you are using the recommended wattage.
Visible dust on the frosted surface
Use a clean, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the exterior of the shade; avoid water or cleaning sprays.
Cable is too long for the desired installation height
The cable can be adjusted; for safety, have a professional electrician shorten the cord during installation.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Due to the 350 cm cable, ensure you have a plan for cord management if your ceiling is low, or consider professional installation if you wish to trim the length to fit your specific space. Always consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about the mounting process.
Compatibility: This pendant is designed for standard residential interior settings. It fits well in minimalist, Scandinavian, or modern contemporary decor styles. Ensure the chosen bulb wattage aligns with the fixture's specifications to maintain the integrity of the material.
Care: The frosted matte surface is sensitive to oils and heavy dust buildup. Clean the shade periodically using only a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents, as these may damage the matte finish or cause discoloration.
