FAQs

Is the Pix Pendant Light made of real plastic?

Why does my lamp look different from the store photos?

Because the lamp is made from recycled materials, every unit is unique in its color distribution and surface texture.

Can I use this light in a humid environment like a bathroom?

It is recommended for standard indoor use in dry areas like living rooms and bedrooms.

What type of light bulb should I use?

We recommend using an LED bulb that provides a warm color temperature to complement the lamp's translucent effect.

Is the height of the pendant adjustable?

Yes, the suspension system allows for adjustments to the height, depending on your ceiling clearance.

Check the light bulb connection and ensure the circuit breaker has not tripped.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

For the best results, ensure the Pix Pendant Light is installed by a qualified electrician to guarantee safe mounting. The lamp is designed for standard interior residential use. For maintenance, treat the surface with care; avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that might degrade the recycled plastic finish. A soft, dry microfiber cloth is sufficient for removing dust. If a deeper clean is required, use only a damp cloth with mild soap and ensure the fixture is fully disconnected from power before wiping.
