Carefully try to unhook the snagged yarn. If possible, gently pull the snagged loop to the reverse side of the fabric. Avoid cutting the yarn, as this can create a hole.

Ensure you are using a cool hand wash and a mild detergent suitable for acrylics. Avoid using bleach or washing with dark colours. Always lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight.

Acrylic can sometimes feel stiff after washing. Ensure you are rinsing thoroughly and laying flat to dry. Gentle hand washing should help maintain softness.

Gently detangle the fringe threads with your fingers or a wide-tooth comb. Avoid harsh brushing which could cause further tangling or breakage.
