Product Information

Full details

The Appletree Textured Knit Throw is designed for individuals seeking to add a layer of comfort and casual style to their living spaces. Its key benefit lies in its soft, geometric textured knit and fringed edges, providing a cozy feel and a relaxed aesthetic. A caveat to consider is its susceptibility to snagging and its non-flame-retardant nature, meaning it's best suited for decorative and comfort use away from open flames. This throw offers a simple yet effective way to enhance relaxation corners and infuse a contemporary, laid-back vibe into your home decor.

FAQs

What material is the Appletree Textured Knit Throw made of?

The throw is made from 100% Acrylic fabric.

What are the dimensions of the throw?

The throw measures 130 cm by 180 cm.

How should I clean the throw?

It requires a cool hand wash only. Lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Is this throw flame retardant?

No, the throws are not flame retardant and should be kept away from fire or open flames.

Can I use this throw on my sofa upholstery?

While it can be draped over furniture, be aware that the textured knit and fringed edges may be prone to snagging on rough surfaces or with heavy use. It's best suited for casual styling rather than as a protective cover.

What does 'plain-dyed geometric textured knit' mean?

It refers to the fabric's construction, where the yarn is dyed before knitting and features a pattern of geometric shapes with raised textures, creating a comfortable, grooved feel.

Can I use both sides of the throw?

Yes, the throw is reversible and can be used on either side.

Troubleshooting

Snagging occurs on the knit fabric.

Gently try to tuck the snagged loop back into the knit. Avoid pulling. Use caution around sharp objects and rough surfaces. If significant snagging occurs, consider using it in a lower-traffic area.

Throw appears creased after storage.

Gently shake out the throw to help it regain its shape. If needed, a very cool hand wash and laying flat to dry can help smooth out creases.

Fringes become tangled.

Gently detangle the fringes by hand. Avoid excessive pulling. They are designed to have a loose, carefree look.
