This Emuca Drawer Runner set is designed for DIY enthusiasts and furniture makers seeking smooth, reliable drawer operation. The key benefit is the partial extension and self-closing mechanism, offering convenient access and a soft close for drawers. A minor consideration is that these runners are designed for under-drawer assembly, requiring specific installation space. The runners are made of steel with a durable silver grey painted finish (RAL9022) and support a load capacity of up to 20kg per set. Each set includes 5 individually packaged pairs of runners with 400mm length.

Each set of Emuca drawer runners has a loading capacity of up to 20kg.
Screws for mounting the runners are not included and must be purchased separately. Ensure you use appropriate screws for your cabinet and drawer materials.
Partial extension means the drawer can be pulled out to approximately two-thirds of its full length, offering good accessibility without extending fully.
Clean the runners with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning agents that could damage the painted finish.
Yes, their durable steel construction, load capacity, and self-closing feature make them suitable for kitchen drawers, especially for pots, pans, and utensils.
These specific Emuca drawer runners are 400mm in length.
Each package contains 5 individually-packaged pairs of runners.
Ensure the runners are perfectly level and parallel. Check for any obstructions in the runner path or debris within the runner mechanism. The drawer may need a slightly firmer push to engage the self-closing feature initially.
Verify that the runners are clean and free from dust or debris. Check that the drawer box itself is square and not warped. Ensure the runners are securely fastened and not flexing under load.
Check for any debris lodged within the roller mechanism. Ensure the runners are properly aligned and that the load is evenly distributed within the drawer. A slight lubrication with a silicone-based spray might help if the noise persists, but avoid over-lubrication.
Confirm that the load capacity of 20kg per set is not exceeded. Ensure the runners are securely attached to both the cabinet and the drawer box with appropriate screws, and that the drawer sides are strong enough.
