Troubleshooting

Drawer does not slide smoothly

Check for obstructions in the runner path. Ensure the runners are perfectly level and parallel. Verify that the drawer box is square and not warped.

Self-closing mechanism is not engaging

Ensure the drawer is being pushed fully closed. Check if the runners are installed level. Make sure there is no excessive friction or binding that prevents the drawer from reaching the self-closing point.

Drawer is difficult to pull open

Verify that the runners are clean and free of debris. Ensure the drawer is not binding against the cabinet frame. Check for any damage to the rollers.

Drawer sags or appears uneven

Re-check the mounting screws for both the cabinet and drawer members of the runners. Ensure they are tight and the runners are perfectly aligned.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup:

Measure and Mark: Accurately measure and mark the mounting positions on both the cabinet frame and the drawer box according to the runner's specifications. Ensure the marks are level and parallel.
Attach Runners to Cabinet: Secure the cabinet member of the runner to the designated markings using appropriate screws. Ensure they are firmly attached and straight.
Attach Runners to Drawer: Mount the drawer member of the runner to the underside of the drawer box. Again, precision is key for smooth operation.
Insert Drawer: Carefully slide the drawer into the cabinet, aligning the runners until they engage. You may need to push firmly to engage the self-closing mechanism.

Compatibility:

These runners are designed for under-drawer mounting. Ensure your drawer box has sufficient clearance and a flat surface on its underside for attachment.
The 500mm length is suitable for cabinets and drawers with an internal depth of approximately 500mm. Always verify your cabinet's internal dimensions.
The RAL9005 black finish is compatible with most furniture aesthetics.

Care:

Clean the runners periodically with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and debris.
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the painted finish.
For optimal performance, ensure no obstructions are present in the runner's path. Lubrication is generally not required for roller runners but can be applied sparingly to the roller tracks if a squeak develops, using a silicone-based lubricant.
