Compatibility: This headset is compatible with a wide range of Unified Communications (UC) and contact center platforms. It is certified for platforms like Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom (specific UC variant may apply). The control unit can offer integrated call control for platforms such as Amazon Connect, Genesys Cloud CX, and NICE CXone. Care: To maintain optimal performance and hygiene:
- Clean the ear cushions and headset exterior regularly with a soft, dry cloth. For tougher marks, use a slightly damp cloth, ensuring no moisture enters the speakers or microphone.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Store the headset in a safe place when not in use to prevent damage to the boom arm or earcups.
