Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure your Birkenstocks last, avoid leaving them in direct sunlight or near heat sources like radiators, as extreme heat can damage the cork and cause it to crack. If they become damp, allow them to air dry slowly away from direct heat. When first wearing your new clogs, do so for a few hours at a time to allow the footbed to gradually shape to your foot. Keep the suede or leather upper clean using a soft brush to remove dust and debris. If the footbed accumulates dirt, wipe it gently with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap, then allow it to dry completely in a ventilated area.
