How should I wash the mat set?
The mats are machine washable. It is recommended to use a cool or warm wash cycle. Always refer to the specific care label on the product for precise instructions.
Can I put the mats in the dryer?

What material are the mats made of?

Troubleshooting
Mat slides on the floor
Ensure the floor surface beneath the mat is completely dry and clean before placing the mat. Some flooring types may require a non-slip underlay.
Pile appears flattened after washing
This can happen if tumble dried. Ensure mats are air-dried flat or hung. Gently brush the pile with a soft brush once dry to help restore its fluffiness.
Color transfer onto flooring
When new and wet, there's a small risk of color transfer. Ensure mats are dry before prolonged contact with flooring and avoid excessive soaking.
Mat does not feel soft after washing
Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can coat the fibers and reduce absorbency and softness. Air dry thoroughly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Simply unroll and place the mats in your desired bathroom locations. Ensure the floor beneath is dry to prevent slippage initially.
Compatibility: The set is designed for standard bathroom use. The bath mat is suitable for placement in front of most bathtubs and shower enclosures, while the pedestal mat is shaped to fit around common toilet bases. It is compatible with most bathroom flooring types, but it's advisable to check for potential dye transfer on sensitive flooring, especially when wet.
Care Instructions:
- Washing: Machine washable at a recommended temperature (check product label for specifics, typically a cool or warm cycle).
- Drying: Tumble drying is not recommended. For best results and to maintain the pile's integrity, air dry the mats flat or hang them.
- Cleaning: Regular vacuuming can help maintain the pile's appearance. For spills, spot clean immediately with a damp cloth.
- Maintenance: Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach, as these can damage the fibers.
