FAQs
Are these shoes suitable for running?
The Tanjun EasyOn is designed as a comfortable, casual lifestyle shoe and is not intended for long-distance running or high-impact athletic activities.
Can I put these in the washing machine?
Nike generally recommends hand cleaning with a soft brush or cloth and mild detergent to preserve the integrity of the stretch upper and cushioning system.
Does the FlyEase system make the shoe feel loose?
No, the materials are designed to provide a snug, adaptive fit that secures the foot even without traditional laces.
Is this shoe gender-specific?
This model is listed as a female fit; please refer to the size guide for accurate conversion if purchasing for a different foot shape.
What does the waffle outsole provide?
The waffle outsole provides reliable traction on smooth surfaces while maintaining a lightweight profile.
How do I choose the right size?
The Tanjun series generally fits true to size, but the adaptive stretch upper provides slight flexibility for different foot widths.
Troubleshooting
Difficulty getting the shoe on initially
Ensure the heel area is fully accessible; the FlyEase system is designed to provide tension so you may need to guide your heel in slightly.
Outsole collecting debris
The waffle tread can pick up small stones; remove these manually with a dull tool or rinse the outsole gently with water.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Extremely easy to put on and take off
- Lightweight construction minimizes foot strain
- Flexible upper material adapts to different foot shapes
- Versatile black aesthetic fits most casual outfits
Cons
- Not suitable for high-intensity sports training
- Limited color options in this specific model
- Support structure is optimized for comfort rather than stability
Setup, Compatibility & Care
Because the shoe utilizes the FlyEase system, there is no setup required; simply slide your foot in and enjoy the locked-in feel. To maintain the life of your trainers, avoid machine washing or drying, which can degrade the stretch materials. Instead, spot clean with a soft cloth and mild soap. When storing, keep the shoes in a cool, dry place away from direct heat sources, as extreme temperatures can affect the performance of the outsole cushioning over time.
