It is specifically designed for 40 x 30 x 20cm requirements, which covers major airlines like easyJet, Ryanair, and Wizz Air, but you should always check your specific airline's current baggage policy before travel.
While the hard shell is designed for durability and protection, it is not scratch-proof and may show signs of wear over time with heavy use.
Yes, standard laptops or tablets typically fit within these dimensions, though we recommend using a protective sleeve inside the bag for extra safety.
The suitcase features a built-in TSA-approved indent lock. You can set your personal combination according to the instructions provided with your purchase.
While the shell is durable, this bag is designed as cabin luggage. If you do choose to check it, ensure the handle is fully retracted to prevent damage during handling.
Verify that you have correctly aligned the dials and that no dirt has entered the locking mechanism. Ensure you have followed the initial setup instructions carefully.
Inspect the wheel housing for debris such as hair or small stones. Gently clean the area with compressed air or a soft brush.
This suitcase requires no complex assembly out of the box. To set your TSA lock for the first time, refer to the included manual to sync your personal code. To maintain the life of your Lugg Vacay, store it in a cool, dry place when not in use. Clean the exterior shell using a soft, damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemical cleaners that could damage the water-resistant coating. Regularly check the wheels for debris or lint to ensure they continue to rotate smoothly. If the telescopic handle sticks, ensure it is fully retracted and that no clothing is obstructing the internal tracks.
