The Lugg Vacay 40cm suitcase is an essential travel companion for frequent flyers who need a reliable, compact bag that complies with strict underseat airline baggage allowances. It is ideal for travelers using budget airlines like easyJet, Ryanair, and Jet2, offering a blend of security and durability in a lightweight frame; however, its compact 40cm size limits its capacity, making it best suited for overnight stays or short weekend trips rather than extended travel.

The interior fabric can be spot-cleaned with a gentle fabric cleaner or a damp cloth with very mild detergent. Allow to air dry completely.
The shell is water-resistant, meaning it will protect your belongings from light rain or splashes, but it should not be submerged in water.
Locate the reset button on the lock mechanism. Push it in with a pen, set your desired code, and release the button to lock in your new combination.
If you have forgotten your personalized code, check your manual or contact Lugg support, as standard TSA locks cannot be reset without the specific combination.
Check for hair or lint wrapped around the wheel axles. Clean the debris out and wipe the wheel housing with a damp cloth.
Ensure no items are jamming the handle mechanism inside the bag. Gently press the release button again while ensuring the internal telescopic tracks are clear.
Setup is minimal as the suitcase arrives ready for immediate use. To set your TSA lock combination, ensure the dials are set to the default 0-0-0, then follow the instructions located inside the suitcase lining. For ongoing care, wipe the hard shell with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove scuffs or airport dust. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. Store the suitcase in a cool, dry place when not in use, and keep the wheels free of debris to ensure continued smooth rotation.
