Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install these decals, start by cleaning your mud flaps thoroughly with an automotive-grade degreaser or isopropyl alcohol to remove all dirt, oil, and silicone-based protectants. Once the surface is completely dry, carefully peel the backing and align the decal in the center of the mud flap. Use a felt-edge squeegee or a soft microfiber cloth to apply firm, even pressure from the center outward to push out any air bubbles. Allow the adhesive to cure for at least 24 hours before exposing the vehicle to rain or high-pressure car washes. For ongoing care, avoid using harsh abrasive cleaners directly on the decals; simple soap and water are sufficient for maintenance.
