The North Face Nuketo Wind Jacket is designed for adult men who need a reliable, lightweight outer layer for transitional weather where wind protection is more critical than heavy insulation. Crafted from durable polyester ripstop, this jacket offers an effective shield against gusts while maintaining enough breathability and mobility for active use. While it is excellent for layering during windy days, it is important to note that it is not a waterproof or heavily insulated garment, making it unsuitable for torrential rain or sub-zero temperatures.

No, the Nuketo Wind Jacket is windproof, not waterproof. It is designed to block wind rather than heavy rain.
It is not designed for snow. It lacks the insulation and waterproof rating required for winter or snowy conditions.
Store it hanging on a hanger to keep the fabric crisp and prevent unnecessary creasing.
The jacket includes a hood for coverage, but please check the specific drawstrings on your model to adjust the fit around your face.
Use a gentle machine wash cycle with mild detergent, avoiding fabric softeners, and allow it to air dry.
Adjust the toggle lock on the internal drawcord until the hem is pulled snug against your waist to prevent air infiltration.
Avoid ironing. Instead, hang the jacket on a sturdy hanger in a ventilated area, and the material should smooth out on its own.
Check for any debris or threads stuck in the zipper track. You can lubricate the teeth with a graphite pencil tip if it continues to stick.
To ensure the longevity of your Nuketo Wind Jacket, follow standard care protocols for technical polyester garments. Always check the internal wash label for specific temperature settings. Generally, machine wash on a gentle cycle with like colors using mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners, as these can degrade the technical performance of the windproof weave. Air drying is highly recommended to preserve the shape and fabric integrity. The jacket is designed to be compatible with standard base layers and mid-weight fleeces, allowing you to build an effective modular system for varying outdoor temperatures.
