These trainers are primarily designed for lifestyle and everyday wear. They are not recommended for high-mileage running or intense athletic training.
The model is available in standard UK adult sizes. We recommend selecting your usual sneaker size for the best fit.
Yes, the insoles are generally removable, allowing you to insert your own custom orthotic supports if needed.
Use a damp cloth and mild dish soap to scrub away dirt from the sole edges. Avoid abrasive scrubbing pads that may scratch the finish.
The trainers are not marketed as waterproof. They are designed for standard daily wear but may absorb moisture in heavy rain.
Adjust the lacing tension from the bottom up to allow the upper materials to naturally contour to your foot shape.
Use a soft-bristled brush or a dedicated shoe sponge to gently lift debris or buff out light scuffs.
To ensure your ASICS Gel-NYC 2 GX trainers remain in optimal condition, focus on consistent maintenance. Since these shoes use specialized synthetic and textile materials, avoid putting them in a washing machine, as this can degrade the adhesive and structural integrity. Instead, clean the exterior by gently wiping with a damp cloth and mild soap. For the laces and insoles, remove them periodically and hand-wash in cold water to keep the interior fresh. Store your trainers in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent material fading or cracking of the sole unit over time.
