The Under Armour Assert 11 Trainers are designed for active adults seeking a reliable, streamlined shoe for daily wear and moderate activity. These trainers offer significant benefits through their cushioned midsole and durable traction, making them an excellent choice for walking or light fitness routines. A key caveat to note is that these shoes are built primarily for everyday versatility rather than high-intensity athletic performance or specialized long-distance running.

The sole is made from a high-quality, durable rubber compound designed for traction and longevity.
