Troubleshooting
TSA lock is difficult to open or reset
Ensure the lock is in the fully unlocked position (usually '0-0-0' from the factory). If resetting, follow the manual's instructions precisely, ensuring the wheels are aligned correctly during the process. Contact Samsonite support if issues persist.
Trolley handle is stuck
Check for any obstructions in the telescopic mechanism. Press the release button firmly while attempting to extend or retract the handle. If still stuck, inspect for damage and contact customer service.
Front access door is stiff
Ensure the main compartment is not overstuffed, as this can put pressure on the front door mechanism. Check the zipper track for any debris and clean it. Gently exercise the zipper.
Wheels do not roll smoothly
Inspect the wheels for tangled threads, hair, or debris. Clean the wheels and wheel housings with a damp cloth. If a wheel appears damaged, contact customer support.
