Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best performance from your EXPLOR hiking shoes, start by adjusting the quick-toggle lacing to your preferred tension level before heading out. For maintenance, remove loose dirt after every hike by using a soft-bristled brush. If the shoes become muddy, wipe them down with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid fully submerging them in water or using a washing machine, as this can degrade the internal adhesives and cushioning foam. Always air dry the shoes away from direct heat sources, such as radiators or direct sunlight, to prevent the upper materials from cracking or losing their structural integrity.
