The North Face Nimble Jacket is a versatile, durable outer layer designed for active kids who need reliable protection during outdoor play and daily adventures. It offers high-quality construction and a functional design that keeps young explorers comfortable in shifting weather conditions, though it is primarily designed as a wind-resistant shell rather than a heavy-duty waterproof raincoat.

The Nimble Jacket is designed for wind resistance and light protection, but it is not a fully seam-sealed waterproof rain jacket.
It serves well as a protective shell, but for freezing temperatures, you should layer it over a fleece or insulated mid-layer.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, avoid fabric softeners, and line dry for the best results.
This specific variant is sized for kids.
The jacket features a functional design focused on movement; please check the specific product iteration for hood inclusion.
It is recommended to air dry to prevent damage to the fabric, though you may refer to the care label for specific low-heat settings.
Check for fabric caught in the teeth and gently clean the track with a soft brush to remove any dirt or grit.
Wash the jacket to remove oils and dirt, which can clog the fabric fibers; re-applying a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) spray can also help restore performance.
This jacket is designed to be worn over standard base layers or t-shirts. To ensure longevity, always follow the care label inside the garment. Generally, you should machine wash the jacket in cold water with a gentle cycle. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners, as these can compromise the jacket's performance finishes. Always air dry the jacket away from direct heat sources, or tumble dry on the lowest heat setting if the care label permits. Periodically checking the zipper and seams will ensure the jacket remains in peak condition throughout the season.
