The Saucony Progrid Guide 9 OG is a high-performance trainer designed for adult women who prioritize a blend of stability and breathability in their daily footwear. These sneakers excel at providing responsive cushioning during active use, making them an ideal choice for walking or light fitness training. Users should note that the structured design is optimized for support, which may require a short break-in period for those transitioning from minimalist shoes.

While the Progrid Guide 9 OG is designed for comfort and stability, it is best suited for walking, gym sessions, and general daily wear rather than long-distance running.
Gently spot clean with a mixture of water and mild soap. Avoid machine washing to preserve the structural integrity of the rubber overlays.
Yes, they generally follow standard UK sizing conventions for adult trainers.
Yes, the insoles are removable if you wish to use custom orthotics or replace them.
The rubber outsole provides reliable grip on standard dry and wet urban surfaces, though it is not rated as a non-slip safety shoe.
Loosen the lacing system near the cage overlays to allow more room for your foot to expand naturally.
Use a soft-bristled brush or damp cloth to gently remove debris; avoid harsh chemicals that may discolor the white material.
To ensure the longevity of your Saucony trainers, proper care is essential. Since the upper is crafted from mesh, avoid submerging the shoes in water or using abrasive brushes that could fray the fabric. For cleaning, use a soft cloth with mild soap and lukewarm water, then allow them to air dry in a well-ventilated area away from direct heat sources, which can damage the cushioning materials. Check your laces for tension before heading out to ensure the cage overlay is performing its stabilizing function correctly.
