Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best experience with your Clifton 11 trainers, begin by loosening the laces completely before your first wear to find your preferred tension. If you intend to use custom orthotics, the factory-installed insole is generally removable to accommodate specific inserts. For care, avoid putting your trainers in a washing machine or dryer, as the heat and agitation can damage the EVA foam and adhesive components. Instead, wipe the knit upper with a damp cloth and mild soap to remove surface dirt. If the shoes become soaked, allow them to air dry naturally at room temperature, keeping them away from direct heat sources like radiators, which can cause the midsole material to warp.
