No, it features a water-repellent finish, which provides protection against light splashes and mist. It is not fully waterproof and will not keep your feet dry in heavy rain or puddles.

The typical lifespan for running shoes is between 300-500 miles (500-800 km). However, this can vary based on your running style, weight, and terrain. Pay attention to signs of wear, such as decreased cushioning or sole breakdown.

The 'Speedboard' is a flexible, nylon-blend plate integrated into the midsole. Its purpose is to efficiently transfer energy from your footstrike into forward propulsion, creating a responsive and powerful feel.

Helion superfoam is On Running's proprietary cushioning technology. In the Cloudswift 4 AD, it's a dual-density foam that provides a soft landing for impact absorption while retaining firmness for energetic push-offs.

It's best to hand wash your shoes with mild soap and cold water. Remove loose dirt with a soft brush, then gently scrub. Allow them to air dry completely at room temperature, away from direct heat.

Rocker geometry refers to the curved sole shape of the shoe. It's designed to promote a smooth, rolling motion from footstrike to toe-off, facilitating an efficient and fluid running stride.

The rocker geometry and cushioning system may require a break-in period. Start with shorter runs or walks to allow your feet to adapt. Adjust lacing for optimal comfort.

A squeak can sometimes occur if moisture gets between the insole and the shoe's last. Remove the insoles, clean and dry both the insoles and the inside of the shoes thoroughly, then reinsert. Check for any small debris lodged in the sole.

Running shoes have a finite lifespan, typically 300-500 miles depending on usage and runner. If you've accumulated significant mileage, it might be time to consider a new pair. Ensure proper storage away from extreme temperatures.

While the toe box is perforated for breathability, ensure you're wearing appropriate moisture-wicking socks. If the issue persists, consider shoe rotation to allow them to fully air out between uses.
