Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This watch features a quartz movement and typically comes with the crown pulled out to a stopped position to conserve battery. To start the watch, gently push the crown back in. Setting the time and date is done by pulling the crown out to the appropriate position (usually one or two clicks) and rotating it. Refer to the watch's manual for specific crown operation for setting functions.
Compatibility:
This is a standalone timepiece and does not require compatibility with other devices. The bracelet is adjustable; links may need to be removed by a professional jeweler for a custom fit.
Care:
- Water Resistance: The 5 ATM rating means the watch is resistant to rain and splashes. Avoid direct contact with water sources like taps or showerheads. Do not wear while swimming or diving.
- Cleaning: Gently wipe the case and bracelet with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn marks, use a slightly damp cloth and ensure the watch is completely dry afterward. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the watch in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original box, to protect it from dust and scratches.
