Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your HOKA trainers, follow these guidelines:
- Break-in Period: Wear the shoes for shorter walks before attempting long-distance trail runs to allow the cushioning to adapt to your foot.
- Cleaning: Remove loose dirt with a soft brush after every hike or run. If they get muddy, hand wash them with cold water and mild detergent; do not put them in a washing machine or dryer.
- Drying: Air dry only in a well-ventilated area, away from direct heat sources like radiators to prevent material warping.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight to protect the integrity of the specialized foam and rubber compounds.
