The New Balance 530 trainers are designed for adults seeking a blend of vintage aesthetic and modern comfort for daily wear. Featuring a chunky heritage running silhouette, these shoes provide excellent shock absorption, though the leather and mesh construction requires regular maintenance to keep them looking fresh.

While based on a heritage running silhouette, they are primarily designed as lifestyle trainers for walking and everyday wear.
The New Balance 530 fits true to size. If you prefer extra room for thicker socks, consider a half-size increase.
No, machine washing can damage the structural integrity of the leather and the cushioning foam.
These trainers feature a combination of durable leather overlays and a breathable mesh upper.
The midsole is designed for durability; however, the level of cushioning may decrease slightly over several years of heavy daily use.
The mesh upper is not waterproof. It is best to avoid wearing them in heavy rain to protect the materials.
Use shoe trees when not in use to help the leather retain its natural shape.
Use a gentle foaming sneaker cleaner and a soft brush, dabbing rather than rubbing to lift dirt from the fabric fibers.
For the best fit, ensure you select your standard UK sizing as the 530 series generally adheres to typical adult sizing conventions. To maintain the appearance of the grey and black finish, use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt from the mesh. Avoid machine washing, as the leather and adhesive components can be compromised. Instead, spot clean the leather with a specialized leather cleaner and use a damp cloth on the midsole to remove scuffs.
